Cserkeszőlő is situated in the sunniest part of Hungary and the Carpathian Basin with a yearly average of over 2,000 hours of sunshine. The village is a real holiday resort with Hungary’s hottest spring and the richest mineral content; one of the fastest acting medicinal spas can be found here. Cserkeszőlő is located on Road No 44 between Kecskemét and Gyula, It can be reached from Budapest on the M5 motorway and it is 45 km from Kecskemét.
